Incredibly friend and courteous staff, good location along the Blue Line, very clean and comfortable rooms.
Although it was located near the Cumberland Stop on the Blue Line, it's a somewhat dangerous hike across busy streets to get there.
Great staff, very friendly, very safe. Only ate at the breakfast buffet once, the food was great.

The room was in great condition, looked remodeled.
Pool was not filled.
Great place to stay, within walking distance of the El. Great free shuttle to airport and the medical exam.

Bed was very comfortable.
Water backed up in the tub while showering. Room outside elevator a litle noisy.
Overall good experience. Like the free internet and parking. Bed was very comfortable. Would use hotel again

I liked the decor. I also enjoyed the view from my window.
I think they need to rewrite the menus. Though the food is excellent, the menus don't describe what you get very well.
Very friendly, very helpful staff. In the past 3 months, I've had reason to stay at a number of hotels in the Chicago area. Though I have enjoyed them all, the only hotel that had a staff that was responsive to room service requests via normal channels was this one. This staff answered within 2 or 3 rings. Location - close to airport.
Noisy!
It was midnight and I had a 6am flight. People were having a party in the hallway, slamming doors, laughing, etc. I had to call to the front desk twice to get them to quiet them down.
